Emily P. Steele
About
Emily is a 2009 Graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law. Her undergraduate degree is in mathematics from Duke University in 2005. She began her career in 2009 at Steele, Steele, and Steele and worked there until 2014, when she was appointed Assistant District Attorney for the 35th Judicial Circuit. While an assistant district attorney, Steele served on the SORNA Resource Council, a body of the Alabama District Attorney’s Association responsible for creating the laws that protect the public from sex offenders. Emily was also a member of the ADAA’s Domestic Violence Resource Council. She practices out of both of the firm’s offices in Mobile and Monroeville.
Emily brings a great deal of trial experience with her after her return to the firm in 2018. She practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation, Social Security Disability, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning, and Domestic Relations.
Emily and her husband are the proud parents of three children. They attend St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Mobile.
